Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at  Merrill Fox Enterprises, at any time within 30 days of delivery, if you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us and we will gladly refund your money. No merchandise can be returned after the 30 day period. The following conditions apply.

No merchandise can be returned without a return goods authorization number (RGA). Please call our toll free number and speak with a customer service representative to obtain a (RGA) number and shipping instructions. You will be credited in the same manner as your original payment within 10 days of us receiving the returned item. 

Unopened Merchandise
You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a  refund. You will be responsible for both the original outbound shipping charges (including free shipping) as well as return shipping charges and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Opened Merchandise
Opened products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but          must be unused and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover cleaning and repackaging expenses. You will be responsible for both the original outbound shipping charges (including free shipping) as well as return shipping charges. Opened returns must have original materials, instructions and packaging. No damaged products will be accepted for refund.

Motorized powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been fueled. If the product has been fueled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under the warranty.

Special Orders
There are no returns allowed for products which have been specially ordered under 
any circumstance. These items are not regularly stocked in our warehouse and 
therefore cannot be returned. Some pressure washers that are listed are special order such as Whitco hot water models and Pressure-Pro hot water and Poly Chain Models and cannot be returned.

Cancellations
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our unopened return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs (including free shipping) will be deducted from your refund and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Inspecting Merchandise
You must take the time to inspect your merchandise before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. This is an extremely important step and should not be over looked.

Damaged Merchandise
Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives with visable damage, please  Refuse Delivery and Call Us Immediately so we can help you with the claim process and arrange a replacement for you.

Defective Merchandise
We encourage you to test your product within 7 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems. If you think your product is defective, don't worry.

In most cases, it’s a simple issue that can be resolved over the phone. You are also welcome to contact the manufacturer's customer service center. They have expert technical assistance to help solve your problems. Please have your model number and serial number available for faster service.
