Domestic Shipping
1. Your credit card will be charged in full at the time your order is processed.
2. All purchases over $99.00 are shipped Free of Charge within the continental
US only ( excludes Alaska and Hawaii ) Free Shipping does not include next day
or second day air shipments. These shipments are available at an additional cost.
Free Shipping may not include Residential Delivery or Tailgate Service which
is also available at an additional cost. Residential deliveries usually run between
$50.00 - $75.00 extra. All Purchases in the continental US under $99.00 will
be charged a $9.50 shipping and handling fee.
3. All deliveries are Curbside only unless prior arrangements are made and it is the
customers responsibility to have the means to unload whatever is being delivered.
If you miss your delivery or have to reschedule, it is your responsibility and you
will incur additional charges.
4. Our normal method of shipping is by UPS Ground, Fedex Ground and Freight
carriers. Once an order is shipped we will contact you by email and give you a
tracking number. It is strongly recommended that you take out insurance on your
products with the carrier. Once your merchandise leaves our facilities it is your
responsibility.
5. You must inspect all merchandise at time of delivery and notify us immediately if
there is any Damaged products. If damage is severe do not sign the receipt and
refuse the shipment. We will reschedule for another shipment to go out immediately.
6. If the shipping address is different from the billing address on your credit card we will
contact you by phone to verify the order you have placed and additional information
may be needed to process your order.
International Shipping
1. We have the ability to ship World Wide at very attractive rates. You the customer
are responsible for any customs charges, duties, fees or delivery charges that are
incurred with the shipment. All international orders must be paid by regular
Bank Wire Transfer unless other arrangements have been made before
merchandise can be shipped. Please call for all international shipping quotes.
2. We specialize in shipments to our friends anywhere in the UK and can get our product
there in 3 – 6 business days at great rates.
