The manufacturers of these products agree to repair or replace specified parts that prove defective within the respective warranty period. Specific limitations and exclusions apply. These warranties cover defects in material and workmanship and not from failure due to normal wear and tear, depreciation, abuse, accidental damage, negligence, improper use, maintenance or storage. To make a claim under the terms of the warranty, all defective parts must be returned to a designated Warranty Service Center for warranty inspection. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. It is in the sole discretion of the factory-authorized personnel concerning the validity of all warranty claims and all decisions are final. Items that are not covered by the warranty include but are not limited to:
Engines, electric motors and pumps: These items are covered by warranties given by their respective manufacturers. These warranties pass through to the purchaser. Any factory authorized warranty service center will honor the terms of all parts covered under the warranty and will satisfy claims as per the warranty policy.
Normal wear items include but are not limited to: pump valves, pump seals, filters, hoses and spray nozzles and are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied , including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded by the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer's warranty obligation is limited to repair or replacement of defective products as provided herein and the Manufacturer shall not be liable for any further loss, damages or expenses, including damages from shipping, accident, abuse, acts of God, misuse or neglect. Manufacturer is not responsible for repairs made from parts not purchased from the Manufacturer or alterations performed by non-factory authorized personnel. Failure to assemble and operate equipment according to the guidelines set forth in the instruction manual shall void warranty.
This warranty does not cover the following: machines used for rental purposes, damage resulting from shipping (claims must be filed with carrier), accident, abuse, acts of God, misuse, neglect or damage from repairs or alteration performed by non-factory authorized personnel or failure to install and operate equipment according to the guidelines set forth in the instruction manual.
The manufacturers will not be held liable to any person or entity for any damages for personal injury or for any monetary loss due to equipment failure.
